HOW DO YOU NAVIGATE THE SITE?
The www.dovonex.ca site is constructed so that you can find the information you need with a minimum number of "clicks". Use the navigation bar in the left hand side to select precisely the area you wish to read more about. Alternatively, use the shortcuts or the search functions available on www.dovonex.ca to go directly to the document(s) of interest to you.
Global information (such as this help document, log-in and contact us) appears on all pages in the top menu bar. You can also use this top menu bar to go back and forward using the "arrows" < and > just like you use back and forward in your browser.
To get to the homepage, you can either press HOME on the global navigation bar in the top of all pages on the site or you can press the Dovonex® logo in the top left hand corner.
WHAT IS A "SHORTCUT"?
On www.dovonex.ca you have access to a section with shortcut categories.
A shortcut is simply another way for you to gain access to the information you are interested in. Each shortcut category contains a list of documents from the website categorized in a different way from the navigation structure found on the left hand side of the screen.
HOW DO YOU SEARCH USING THE BASIC SEARCH?
You can search the www.dovonex.ca website in two ways:
using a basic search, which is available on all pages on the site
To use the basic search, simply enter the phrase you wish to search for (use AND and OR to expand your search to more than one word) and press the GO button.
If your search generates hits on the website, a list of all relevant documents along with a short introduction to the documents appear.
